2008 Reservations

April 1st - June 15th reservations are now open!
Only tent sites remain for Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.
Week long reservations and Labor Day Weekend (tents) are also now being accepted.
Reservations for weekends beginning June 20th thru Columbus Day weekend
will open on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at 9:00AM.

Advance reservations are suggested for your stay at Pine Acres. Holiday weekends require a minimum stay. We have a returned check fee of $25.00. Reservations require a payment in full at the time of booking with a credit card. Confirmation of reservations will be mailed only after receipt of payment.

• All cancellations and/or changes to reservation are subject to $25 service fee.
• Refunds are given if notified of cancellation 30 days or more prior to the reservation date by email or writing, less the service fee.
• Rain checks are given if notified of cancellation within 30 days, but more than 7days prior to the reservation date (sorry, no refunds).
• Cancellation within 7 days of the reservation date will not receive a rain check or refund.

We do our best to honor site requests whenever possible; however, we are unable to guarantee specific site numbers for rental units or for stays of less than one week. We also reserve the right to change site without notification.

Method of Payment:

Regretfully, we cannot accept personal checks during your stay.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover,
most debit cards, and recognized travelers' checks.

Check-In and Check-Out:

Check-In Time: 3:00 PM (Rentals - 4:00 PM)
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please Note: No Check-Ins after 9:00 PM.
Please check availability during peak times for early arrival or late departure.

Express Check-In:

Make sure you request your Express Check-In Package, if your reservation is paid in full and vehicle is registered. Check-in at our security gate to confirm site number and car pass, then go directly to your site.

Pets:

Family Pets are welcome (fee).
Please request a “Pet Etiquette” Package at time of check-in.

Rentals:

RV’s and Cabins are generally rented by the week during July and August, Friday to Friday. There is No Smoking in any of our rental units. Absolutely No Pets at the rental at any time. Day visitors only, please. Overnight guests are prohibited. Minimum Stay is for two nights, based solely upon availability.

Security Deposit for Rentals:

A security deposit of $100 is due at the time of check-in for Cabins and RV’s. Deposit must be made by credit card. All rentals are considered to be “Good Housekeeping”. They are clean when you check in and we expect that they will be the same when you leave. The $100 is refunded if the rental is left clean and undamaged. Camper liability for damages is not limited to the security deposit. The deposit will be returned by mail within 10 business days after departure.
